How to drive through the toll station on the Storebælt Bridge
Drive to an express lane
With a number plate payment or a bizz from Brobizz, you should drive to one of the green express lanes.
Reduce speed
You may drive no more than 50 km/hour through the express lanes and remember to keep a 30 meter distance to the car in front of you
The barrier opens
The number plate or bizz will be automatically read at the toll station and payment will be deducted. The barrier lifts, and you can continue your journey.

Why did the barrier fail to go up?
If your number plate payment or bizz is inactive, the barrier will not go up.
This may be because your payment card has expired. Always remember to check that you have a valid payment card before you cross the Storebælt Bridge.

Why did my number plate or bizz fail to work?
If your payment card has expired, your bizz or number plate will not work and you will be unable to use it for payment on the Storebælt Bridge. Please remember to check that your payment card is updated.
Please also be aware that if your bizz is more than five years old, it may have reached the end of its working life.
How much does it cost to cross the Storebælt Bridge?
You get the best price for crossing the Storebælt Bridge when you use automatic payment, either via number plate payment or a Brobizz device.
Additionally, the price for crossing the Storebælt Bridge depends on the type of vehicle you are driving, the length of the vehicle, and whether you are eligible for a special discount price.
