Frequently asked questions
Why did the boom barrier fail to go up?
If your number plate payment or bizz is blocked, the boom barrier will not go up.
This may be because your payment card has expired. Always remember to check that you have a valid payment card before you cross the Øresund Bridge.

Why won’t my bizz work?
If your payment card has expired, your bizz will not work and you will be unable to use it for payment on the Øresund Bridge. We always recommend you to check whether your bizz is active before you drive off.
Please also be aware that if your bizz is more than 5 years old, the battery may have reached the end of its working life. If this is the case we recommend you to order a new bizz or
Why does my number plate payment not work?
If your payment card has expired, your number plate will not work and you will be unable to use it for payment on the Øresund Bridge. Please remember to check that your payment card is updated.
How do I terminate my ØresundGO agreement?
You can terminate your ØresundGO agreement at My Account with the Øresund Bridge or by contacting their customer service. Unfortunately, Brobizz can't assist with cancelling your ØresundGO agreement.
Can I lend out my bizz with an ØresundGO agreement?
Yes you can – but only to people in your immediate family. However, please be aware that you should add the number plate of the vehicle you’re crossing in for the bizz to get the discount. This is easy to do.
You can register no more than five different number plates per calendar year.
Driving through the toll station
With number plate payment or a bizz, you can drive through the toll station without stopping. The Øresund Bridge has express lanes which are reserved for vehicles with automatic payment.
The number plate or bizz is automatically read at the toll station where payment is deducted. The maximum speed through the express lanes is 30 km/hour.
