Why have I received an invoice or late payment reminder?
Brobizz will attempt to take payment for a trip for up to five working days. If you update your payment card during this period, you will not receive an invoice. But if we have not succeeded in taking payment, Brobizz will send an invoice to the email address linked to your profile.
On the invoice, you will find the amount, due date, and payment information.
How to pay
Invoices and late payment reminders must be paid via the Brobizz self-service or your online banking.
Remember to update your payment card
Once you have paid your invoice, you need to update your payment card in the self-service or via the Brobizz app.
Your invoice is not paid automatically when you update your payment card, and we cannot withdraw money from the card when an invoice has been issued. Therefore, it is important that you always remember to pay your invoice.
Reminder and debt dollection
If you do not pay your invoice before the due date, you will receive a late payment reminder. This must be paid before the date stated on the reminder. If you fail to do this, you will receive another reminder.
Normally Brobizz will forward the matter for debt collection after two unpaid payment reminders.
