How to get a credit note paid out

If you have a credit balance with Brobizz, you can have it paid out via the Brobizz self‑service or in the Brobizz app

Here's how

Go to login

Click on ‘Trips and Usage’, in the column on the left

At the top of the page, you can see your credit balance. Click “Payout” to have the amount paid out

Enter your payment card details

Once you have entered your details, the amount will usually be paid out within three banking days

On the confirmation page, you can download a receipt, which will also be sent to you by email

Please note

Your payment card must be valid and able to receive refunds. We are unable to pay out to a Dankort.
