How do I know whether I have received an invoice or a reminder?
You will always receive your invoice or reminder by email, but you can also find them in Brobizz self‑service or in the Brobizz app under the 'Trips and usage' tab.
Pay your invoice or reminder in the Brobizz self-service
Log in to our self-service or the Brobizz app
Go to loginClick on ‘Trips and Usage’, which you will find in the column on the left
You can see the outstanding amount at the top of the page. Click 'Pay now' to pay.
Enter your payment card details
After completing the payment, a receipt will be available for download. You will also receive the receipt by email.
Once you have paid your invoices and reminders, remember to update your payment card so Brobizz can charge future usage automatically. You can update your payment card under the 'Payment cards' tab in the Brobizz self‑service or in the Brobizz app.
How to update your payment cardPay your invoice or reminder via your online banking
It is also possible to pay your invoice or reminder manually via online banking. The due date and the payment details you need are stated on your invoice or reminder.
Once we have received and registered your payment - typically within three banking days - the status of your invoice or reminder will be shown as 'Paid'.
For payments made from abroad, you must use the SWIFT and IBAN numbers when paying via online banking.
Please note
Once an invoice has been issued, it must be paid even if you have updated your payment card. The invoice will not be paid automatically when you update your payment card, and we are unable to charge the card once an invoice has been issued.
Your product will remain blocked until the payment has been completed.
