How do I cancel my number plate payment or bizz?

If you no longer wish to have an active number plate payment or bizz with Brobizz A/S, you can as a private customer terminate your agreement by logging in to brobizz.com or in the Brobizz app.

  1. Log in at brobizz.com or the Brobizz app.

  2. Click on ‘Bizz and number plate’.

  3. Click on ‘See details’ of the number plate payment or bizz you wish to cancel.

  4. Click on the red button at the bottom where ‘Cancel number plate payment’ or ‘Cancel bizz’ appear.

  5. Confirm cancellation by clicking on the red button that appears on the screen where it says ‘Cancel number plate payment’ or ‘Cancel bizz’. Should you decide not to cancel your number plate payment or your bizz, you should click on the Annul button.

  6. You will receive an email that your bizz or number plate payment has been cancelled with Brobizz within one hour. However, you should be aware that your bizz or number plate payment will only be cancelled with our business partners up to 24 hours later, i.e. Storebælt Bridge, Øresund Bridge, etc.

Please do not return your bizz when you have cancelled it. Read what you should do here.

Should I replace my bizz?

When your bizz no longer works, don't replace it. You must instead cancel it in the app or on Brobizz.com.

Afterwards you can order a new bizz. Please note that the expected delivery time is approx. 7-10 working days (NOTE: Delivery time may be longer for addresses outside Denmark).
You can advantageously order a number plate payment in the meantime. You can use it already 20 minutes after you have ordered it, on the Storebæltsbroen. With our partners such as the Øresund Bridge, it will be ready for use after 24 hours.

What do I do if my bizz breaks within the warranty period?

If your bizz has run out of battery or otherwise broken during the warranty period (the first three years after ordering), you must contact customer service and ask for a new one. Read more here.
