Should I return my bizz?

If you have a bizz that you no longer want to use, you should start by cancelling it.
You can do that at brobizz.com or in the Brobizz app. It’s quick and easy to do.

If you’re experiencing issues with cancelling your bizz, you can follow our guide here.

When you have cancelled your bizz, you shouldn't return it to us.

Once you’ve cancelled your bizz, we recommend that you dispose of it as electronic waste at your local recycling centre.

Refund of deposit

If you ordered your bizz before 1 February 2021, you may have paid a deposit. If that’s the case, you’ll need to contact our customer service to get your deposit back. 

I wish to make use of my right to cancel (cooling off period)

If you wish to use your right to cancel, which is valid for 14 days from the date you received your bizz, you should do the following:

  1. Complete this right to cancel form (See page 5)

  2. Put the unused bizz in an envelope
    Clearly mark the envelope 'RIGHT TO CANCEL'. It’s important that you put your bizz in an envelope so it can be delivered through our mailbox.

  3. Send the envelope containing the bizz to the following address:

    Brobizz A/S
    Vester Søgade 10
    1601 Copenhagen V

  4. Once we have received your bizz in an undamaged condition, you will receive an email with a fomular you need to fill out to get your money back. When you have filled out the formular your money will be refunded up to 90 days after. If your payment card with Brobizz is invalid, you will be sent a credit note instead.

Personal customer service is not provided from the above address, which is a postal address only.

Please ensure you return the bizz in an envelope so that it can be delivered through our mailbox. We do not collect boxed parcels.
