If you have a bizz that you no longer want to use, you should start by cancelling it.
You can do that at brobizz.com or in the Brobizz app. It’s quick and easy to do.

When you have cancelled your bizz, you shouldn't return it to us.
Once you’ve cancelled your bizz, we recommend that you dispose of it as electronic waste at your local recycling centre.

If you ordered your bizz before 1 February 2021, you may have paid a deposit. If that’s the case, you’ll need to contact our customer service to get your deposit back.
If you wish to use your right to cancel, which is valid for 14 days from the date you received your bizz, you should do the following:

Please ensure you return the bizz in an envelope so that it can be delivered through our mailbox. We do not collect boxed parcels.
