Can I change my number plate payment?
No, it is not possible to change your existing number plate payment.
We recommend that you order a new number plate payment and then close the old one.
Order number plate payment
If you have bought a new car or motorcycle, you can also quickly and easily order a new number plate payment. Please note that it can take up to 14 days before you can order a number plate payment for your new car through Brobizz, because it can take up to 14 days before we can verify your vehicle in our systems.
How to order number plate payment?
Log in to the self-service or the Brobizz app
Login to the self-serviceClick on 'Order' on the frontpage or in the left menu
Choose number plate payment
You must now enter the number plate of the vehicle for which you want to create number plate payment. Then confirm the information as well as the agreement and conditions.
Your number plate payment has now been created and can be used after 20 minutes on the Storebælt Bridge and 24 hours later at Brobizz's other partners (eg the Øresund bridge).
