From 1 February 2021, a bizz will cost DKK 200 when you order one. This means that you will own your bizz, which comes with a warranty.

You have a 3 year warranty on your bizz which means that you will get a new bizz if the battery stops working, or you experience a technical problem. The warranty begins the day you order your bizz.

When does the warranty apply?

• If the battery in your bizz stops working within the 3 years.
• If your bizz has a technical fault.
• The provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act also apply to the purchase of a bizz from us.

When does the warranty not apply?

• If you damage your bizz, you must buy a new one for DKK 200 even if this happens within the warranty period.
• Once the warranty period has expired, you must buy a new bizz if it stops working.
