1. The first you need to do is press the “order” button, which you can find in the top right corner at brobizz.com.
2. Click on the green box “New private customer” and enter your information.
3. Now you need to enter your card details. Use MitID to confirm your payment card. Of course, Brobizz does not charge any payment when you add your payment card.
4. You will now receive an email asking you to choose a password. It may take a few minutes before you receive the email. Check your spam filter if it doesn't show up.
5. Click on the link in the email and choose a password.
6. Now you are ready to log in to the self-service.

Once you have created an agreement/account with Brobizz, you are ready to order a bizz or number plate payment. Follow this guide or watch the help video above.

1. Start by logging in at brobizz.com.
2. Now click on “Order” on the homepage or on the left in the menu.
3. Choose number plate payment or bizz.

Order number plate payment

1. If you order a number plate payment, you must enter the number plate of the vehicle you want to set up the payment for. Then confirm the information as well as the terms and conditions of the agreement.
2. Your number plate payment is now set up and can be used after 20 minutes on the Storebælt Bridge and 24 hours later with Brobizz's other partners (e.g., Øresund Bridge).

Order a bizz

1. If you order a bizz, you must confirm the address to which the bizz will be delivered.
2. Then confirm the terms and conditions of the agreement.
3. The bizz costs 200 kroner to set up, including shipping. Please note that the expected delivery time is about 7 to 10 working days.
4. Once your order has been processed, you can see it in the order history in the self-service. When your bizz has been dispatched, you will receive an email.
5. As soon as you have received the bizz, it is ready to use at all the partners of Brobizz (Storebælt Bridge, Øresund Bridge, etc.).

You can have as many as you wish. If you have two cars, a car and a motorcycle or something entirely different, you can easily have a number plate payment for each vehicle. Additionally, you can also have one or more bizzes on the same agreement with Brobizz.

However, you should be aware that you can only set up one number plate payment per vehicle. This means that as soon as you have set up a number plate payment for a vehicle on an agreement with Brobizz, it cannot be set up on another agreement - unless you cancel the number plate payment first.
