Road toll prices are being amended so that more recent trucks and buses with low fuel consumption (Euro 6) have discount options available. All cars except for diesel cars can also get discounts. When you drive will also have an impact on the price.

The purpose of these price changes is to improve air quality and reduce CO2 emissions.

What you have to do

If your vehicles are over 3,500 kg, have a Euro 6 rating and operate in Norway, they have to be registered with Brobizz A/S systems to qualify for discount.

Write to Brobizz Customer Service – btb@brobizz.com – with the following information:

• Customer number
• Brobizz number
• Registration number
• Country of registration
• State that the vehicle in question is compliant with Euro 6

You’ll then be charged the correct price. Euro 6 vehicles that haven’t been registered correctly with us will continue to pay the same – higher – price as Euro 1-5 vehicles after 1 October 2017.

No discounts are available for Euro 1-5 vehicles, and you therefore do not need to do anything.

Eco-friendly cars

Discounts have also been introduced for petrol and hybrid cars, while electric cars and hydrogen powered cars don’t have to pay road tolls at all in Oslo. Log in to My Account and enter the details under My Brobizz before using Brobizz in Norway.
