When can you order the box?
You can pre-order the box through self-service from mid-May 2024. If you choose to convert your bizzes, we will ensure that all data from your bizzes is automatically transferred to your boxes. This includes both discount agreements and vehicle data.
You will receive your box(es) during the fall of 2024. We expect to start providing in September.
How much does the Toll Box cost?
Until July 31st 2024 there is an early bird discount. This means that if you order before July 31st 2024 you will not have to pay an start-up fee per box, and you will not pay subscription before January 2026.
If you order after July 31st 2024 the box will cost an start-up fee of 120 kroner, and there will be a monthly subscription fee of 29 kroner starting from January 1st, 2025.
If you want to ensure that you receive your box(es) before January 1st, 2025, you must place your order by September 1st, 2024.
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
NOTE: The offer is only valid for Toll Boxes that are installed and active on Janurary 1st, 2025.
When is the box provided?
If you place your order July 31st 2024 the latest, you will receive your box(es) during the fall of 2024, most likely in early September. If you want to ensure that you receive your box(es) before January 1, 2025, you should place your order no later than September 1st, 2024.
When do you place the box in the vehicle?
If you have received the box, you can definitely put it in the car and start using it on both the Storebælt Bridge and the Øresund Bridge, as well as on ferries and toll roads in Norway. However, please note that payment for road toll in Denmark will only start on January 1st, 2025.
Regardless of when you start using the box, the subscription fee will only begin on January 1st, 2025, unless you have received the early bird discount.
If you have received the early bird discount, the subscription fee will only take effect from January 1st, 2026.
How do you mount the box?
You can connect the box in the car in two different ways. Either through the cigarette lighter socket or through a permanent power connection. We recommend connecting it to a permanent power source for a constant connection.
When the small lamp on the box lights up green, it indicates that the functionality is normal and you are ready to drive.

You can see your trips and usage in the self-service. The consumption for one trip is calculated based on a period of 24 hours.
