After-hours hotline

If you urgently need help with your Toll Box outside our normal opening hours, we have an after-hours hotline you can call.

What can we help with on the after-hours hotline?

  • The after-hours hotline should ONLY be used in cases where your Toll Box displays an error code. The after-hours hotline can only answer a few specific questions about error codes.
  • You can often find the solution to the Toll Box's error yourself. See the most common error codes and solutions here
