You can convert a bizz to a Toll Box through Brobizz self-service. However, you must have main or account administrator rights to do this.

To order products, you must first log in to self-service and select the account from which you want to convert bizzes.

Please note the following:
As regards Danish vehicles, it is not a requirement to provide the vehicle’s CO2 class and permissible total weight when ordering Toll Boxes. Brobizz will obtain this infor-mation from the Danish Motor Vehicle Agency during the autumn 2024.

For vehicles from countries other than Denmark, it is a requirement to state the vehicle’s CO2 class and permissible total weight when ordering Toll Boxes.

How to convert a bizz to a Toll Box

Follow these steps:

1. Log in to brobizz.com
2. Go to ‘Order’ via the menu on the left
3. Click on ‘Pre-order’ under Toll Box
4. Click on ‘Select bizzes’ under Convert bizz to Toll Box
5. Mark the bizzes you want to convert and click on Next
6. Fill in the vehicle details and click Next
7. Choose whether the order should be sent to your business address or enter an-other delivery address. Confirm the delivery address by clicking on the green button Next
8. Click on “Order now” to confirm the final order. You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order has been des-patched. You will receive another email when your order has been sent

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail as soon as your order is dispatched. You will receive one more e-mail when the order has been dispatched.

After you have ordered the Toll Box, you can still edit the vehicle information on the box. You do this on the box's product card in the self-service. You can also continue to change vehicle information on the bizz that is being converted. You do this on the relevant product card.

Please note, however, that if you change the number plate attached to the box, it must also be changed on the box's product card.

This happens when you have ordered:

You can use your Toll Box as soon as you have received it and the vehicle information has been filled in. Your bizz closes automatically as soon as you have had the first transaction on the new Toll Box. The old bizz must be sent back to Brobizz.

You have up to 60 days to return the old bizz(es) to us if you want to avoid being charged DKK 200 incl. VAT per bizz
