Find your bizz number
Please note that your bizz has two different numbers. Both are 16-digit numbers.
DK/EETS number: This number is used if you need to link an agreement from one of our partners to your bizz.
NO/AutoPASS number: This number is used for manual reading if your bizz is not automatically read when driving in Norway.
If you ever need to contact our customer service, it is important to have these numbers ready.
How to start using your new bizz
If you’ve lost your installation guide, you can always find it here. In passenger cars, the bizz should be mounted on the windshield as close to the rearview mirror as possible.
Place your bizz in the bag
If you do not wish to use your bizz for payment – for example, if you have a number plate payment – make sure the bizz is securely sealed in the bag.
The bag ensures that the bizz is not read at toll stations where it would otherwise beep.

You purchase your bizz for 220 DKK when you order it. This means you own it, and it comes with a 3-year warranty.

Many of our customers choose to have both a bizz and number plate payment. The advantage? You can pay automatically on, for example, the Storebæt Bridge, even if you forget your bizz.

Please note that your bizz will be read before your number plate at a toll station. So, if you have both with you on your trip, the charge will be made via your bizz. Place your bizz in the bag if you do not wish to be charged through it.

It will always be up to the individual service provider, such as a bridge or ferry, to set the price you pay when using their service.
However, some of our partners offer discounted prices when your bizz is linked to a special agreement. Learn more on the individual partner’s page, which you can find by clicking here.
For billing errors or general questions about prices, you should contact the place where you used your bizz. (Example the Storebælt Bridge or the Öresund Bridge)
