Problems with Charging on MasterCard

There have been issues with charges on MasterCard on November 28, 2024. If you have received an email regarding charging issues, please log in to the self-service portal and update your payment card. Unfortunately, we cannot update it for you due to security reasons. Read here how to update your payment card

How do I update my contact details?

You can update your contact details in the self-service or in the Brobizz App.

It is important that the information on your profile is always up to date so that you do not miss out on important service information. Therefore, always ensure to update your information if, for example, you get a new email address, residential address, or phone number.

How to update your contact details

Log in at brobizz.com or the Brobizz app.

Go to login

Select 'My Profile' in the menu on the main page or on the left.

Click on edit contact details at the top of the page.

You can now edit the following information: full name, address, email address and phone number.

Complete by clicking the green button 'Save changes'.

If you’ve changed your email address, please remember to confirm the change by clicking on the link in the email you’ll receive immediately afterwards.

7. Your email address has been changed when a receipt appears on your screen.

Please be aware

If you do not confirm the change to your new email address within 10 minutes, your old email address will continue to be linked to your Brobizz profile.
