You need to pay invoices or late payment reminders via your NetBank. You will always receive them by mail. You can also find them under "Trips and usage" by logging in to our self-service or the Brobizz app.
You must always pay your invoice, even if you have updated your payment card.
Start by logging in to brobizz.com or the Brobizz app.
LoginClick on ‘Trips and usage’ on the main page or in the menu on the left.
Click on the tab ‘Outstanding balances’. If you have some invoices and late payment reminders outstanding there will be a red circle indicating the number.
The amount will be marked in red, and under Status, it will state ‘Missing payment’. You can open and download the invoice or payment reminder as a PDF by clicking on ‘See invoices/see payment reminders’.
Pay your invoices or payment reminders manually via your NetBank. The due date and the payment details you need are stated on your invoice or payment reminder.
When you have paid your invoices or payment reminders, please remember to update your payment card so that Brobizz can deduct any future purchases automatically. You can do this by logging in to brobizz.com or the Brobizz app.
How do I update my payment card?Once we have received your payment, the 'Status' on your invoice or payment reminder will appear as paid.
When you have received an invoice, it must be paid, even if you have updated your payment card.
It may take several banking days before payment is received.
Your product will be blocked until the payment has been processed.
For payments from abroad, you need to use the SWIFT and IBAN number.
When you have paid your invoice, it is important that you update your payment card so that we can charge for your future usage. Your invoice is not paid automatically when you update your payment card, and we cannot charge the card when an invoice has been issued.
If you have money to your credit at Brobizz A/S, you will receive a credit note from us by mail. In this email there is a form that you must fill out. We will then process your case, and you will get the money transferred to your bank account as soon as possible.
