How to order a bizz?

You can order a bizz in the self-service or in the Brobizz app.

Before you order a bizz you have to create an agreement with Brobizz.

You need to create a profile with Brobizz before you can order a bizz.

Existing customer

Start by logging in to our self-service or in the Brobizz app

Login

Click on 'Order' on the homepage or on the left in the menu

Choose bizz

Confirm the address to which the bizz will be delivered. Be aware that the bizz will be send to the nearest GLS ParcelShop

Then confirm the terms and conditions of the agreement

The bizz costs 220 DKK to set up, including shipping. The expected delivery time is about 1 to 3 working days. Please be aware that the package must be picked up within 10 days from its arrival at the parcel locker.

Once your order has been processed, you can see it in the order history in the self-service. You will also receive an order confirmation by e-mail. When your bizz has been dispatched, you will receive an email. (Remember to check your spam folder, as the emails may end up there.)

As soon as you have received the bizz, it is ready to use at the partners of Brobizz (Storebælt Bridge, Øresund Bridge, etc.).
