To increase security, we have created a new login solution where you must use a 6-digit code when you log in to the self-service. How do I log in to the self-service?
You can close your bizz in the self-service or in the Brobizz app.
You don't need to contact our customer service.
Log in at our self-service or the Brobizz app.
Go to loginClick on ‘Bizz and number plate payment’.
Click on ‘See details’ of bizz you wish to cancel.
Click on the red button at the bottom where ‘Cancel bizz’ appear.
Confirm closing by clicking on the red button that appears on the screen where it says 'Close bizz'. If you still do not want to close your number plate payment, click on the 'Go back' button.
You will receive an email that your bizz has been cancelled with Brobizz within one hour. However, you should be aware that your bizz or number plate payment will only be cancelled with our business partners up to 24 hours later, i.e. Storebælt Bridge, Øresund Bridge, etc.
