What should we do if we have purchased one trip but we need two trips with the same vehicle?

If you have purchased a single trip eTicket and find that you need two trips with the same vehicle, you can do one of the following.

  • Delete the eTicket you have booked before taking the trip. After 1 hour, you can book two trips for the vehicle.

  • Drive the booked trip and then wait and book another trip. Please note that if the booked trip has been used over the Storebælt Bridge, you can only book a new trip for the same vehicle after 4 hours.
If the booked trip has been used over the Øresund Bridge, it will take up to 24 hours before you can book a new trip for the same vehicle.

Please note:

  • Only customers registered to pay by invoice can order eTickets.
  • eTickets have an expiry date.
  • You can't order an eTicket for a vehicle registered for number plate payment and vice versa.
  • If you have driven over the Storebælt Bridge and used your eTicket, you cannot subsequently use it on the Øresund Bridge and vice versa. An eTicket is only valid for one trip on one bridge.
