How do we log in to the self-service using e-mail and password
Go to the login page at brobizz.com
Go to loginEnter your e-mail and password and click 'Next'
You will now receive a 6-digit code to your e-mail. The sender of the e-mail will be noreply@brobizz.com. You will need the one-time code to verify that it is you logging in
If you do not receive an e-mail with the one-time code, we recommend checking your spam folder. Otherwise, you can request a new one-time code via SMS by clicking the link 'Send one-time code via SMS'
Enter the 6-digit code. The code is valid for five minutes from the time it is sent
Click 'Next'
How to log in to the self-service using MitID
Go to the login page at brobizz.com
Go to loginClick the button 'Login with MitID' and follow the MitID instructions. As a business customer, you must remember to use your MitID for business
The first time you log in with MitID, it must be activated. You do this by entering the e-mail address associated with your Brobizz account
You will now recieve a 6-digit one-time code to your e-mail. The sender of the e-mail will be noreply@brobizz.com

MitID is now ready for use, and you can use it to log in in the future

When you log in to the self-service you will remain logged in for 12 hours unless you actively log out.
What to do if you have forgotten your password
Go to the login page at brobizz.com
Go to loginClick on 'Have you lost your password?'
Enter the e-mail address you registered with Brobizz and click 'Next'
Follow the instructions and click on the link in the e-mail that has just been sent to your e-mail address. Check your spam filter if the e-mail does not appear in your inbox
You can now enter a new password. Repeat it in the next field before saving by clicking the 'Save password' button
Your password has been changed when you see a confirmation with the text 'The password has been updated' on your screen

If you no longer have access to your e-mail and therefore cannot receive an e-mail to create a new password, you can instead choose to log in with MitID or username and password. You need to select the option to receive a one-time code via SMS by clicking 'Send one-time code via SMS' on the login page, where you enter the one-time code.
Once you are logged in, you can update your e-mail address under your Profile in the self-service.

If you are not able to log in with MitID, you need to contact customer service via our contact form, and they will assist you further.

If you do not receive the one-time code via SMS, the phone number is likely incorrect. Log in by receiving the one-time code via e-mail.
Once you are logged in, we recommend updating your phone number under your profile. After that, you will be able to log in using a one-time code via SMS in the future.

Unfortunately, sole proprietorships and owners of holding companies cannot log in to Brobizz self-service with MitID Erhverv. Instead, you can log in using your email and password.

It is only possible to link one MitID per account. If multiple people log in to the same account, only one of you can link MitID. The others can still log in using email and password.
If you need to change the MitID linked to your account, you must contact our customer service, who can assist you with this.
