To increase security, we have created a new login solution where you must use a 6-digit code when you log in to the self-service. How do I log in to the self-service?
When you log in to Brobizz self-service, you can update your contact information and obtain an overview of the products to which you are entitled to view. If you are a main or account administrator, you can also order products, get an overall view of all your products, monitor your usage and payments, etc.
To log in to your profile, you need to use your email address and chosen password. When you log in, you must verify yourself with a 6-digit code sent to your email.
You can log out of your profile again by clicking on ‘Log out’ in the menu on the left.
If you experience problems logging into self-service, we recommend that you reset your password. Follow our guide below for resetting your password.
If you still experience problems logging in, please contact our customer service.
If you have a framework agreement and have got a new email address and no longer have access to your old email address, you can contact the person in your company who is the main or account administrator. The administrator can cancel your old profile and set up a new one for you.
If you do not have a framework agreement, you should contact customer service if you no longer have access to your old email address.
N.B. An e-mail address can only be used once, i.e. you cannot use the same email address to log in to several accounts.
