How do I sign up for number plate payment?

Click 'Order' and create a profile
Select Bizz, number plate payment, or both
Link your payment card
Approve and verify with MitID. You will now receive a receipt

How quickly is number plate payment activated after I have ordered it?

Approximately 20 minutes after ordering. However, it may take up to two hours before you can use your number plate payment on the Storebælt Bridge and up to 24 hours with our other partners.

Can I have both a Bizz and number plate payment?

Yes, you can choose to have both a Bizz and number plate payment. This ensures that you have all options available for automatic payment with Brobizz.

However, please note that your Bizz will be prioritized over number plate payment. This means that if your Bizz is in your windscreen, you will be charged via your Bizz.

If you prefer to be charged via number plate payment instead, you should place your Bizz in the pouch provided with your order—or simply leave it at home.

What are the differences between a Bizz and number plate payment?

A Bizz costs a one-time fee of DKK 220. Signing up for number plate payment is free.

Please note that there is a delivery time of 1–3 working days for a Bizz—but in the meantime, you can use number plate payment (always check where it can be used before you travel).

The two solutions have different areas of use. If you're unsure whether to choose a Bizz or number plate payment, we recommend checking our map of where each solution can be used before deciding.

What if I already have a Bizz?

If you're already a customer, you can always log in to My Account or the Brobizz app to order an additional Bizz or number plate payment, and to sign up for our special agreements.
