My number plate is already registered, what do I do?

If you try to register your number plate for number plate payment and get the following message 'Number plate has already been registered', it is because the number plate is already registered on another Brobizz account

Customer service requires your vehicle registration certificate if you own the car, or a rental agreement for the car if you are renting it

Contact customer service via our contact form with proof that you own or rent the car.

It is important that the owner of the vehicle contacts us directly so that we can assist.

If you own the vehicle:

If you are the owner of the vehicle, you must attach a copy of the original registration certificate. A screenshot is not sufficient.

Please note that you must be the owner of the vehicle.

If you rent the vehicle:

If you are renting a car and wish to have number plate payment, you must send us a rental agreement that includes the number plate and rental period.

Please note that your name must be on the rental agreement.
