How to change your password
Log in at brobizz.com or the Brobizz app
Go to loginSelect 'My Profile' in the menu on the main page or on the left
Click on 'Change password' and click again on the green button 'Change password'
Follow the instructions in the email that has just been sent to your email address
Your password has been changed when a confirmation appears on your screen
How to reset your password if you’re unable to log in
Go to the login page at brobizz.com or the Brobizz app.
Go to loginClick on 'Forgot your password?'
Enter the email address you registered with Brobizz and click 'Next'
Follow the instructions and click on the link in the email that has just been sent to your email address. Check your spam filter if the email does not appear in your inbox
You can now enter a new password. Repeat it in the next field before saving by clicking the 'Save password' button
Your password has been changed when you see a confirmation with the text 'Password has been updated' on your screen

What to do if I don't have access to my email?
If you no longer have access to your email and therefore cannot receive an email to create a new password, you can instead choose to log in with MitID or username and password. You need to select the option to receive a one-time code via SMS by clicking 'Send one-time code via SMS' on the login page, where you enter the one-time code.
Once you are logged in, you can update your email address under My Profile in the self-service.

If you are able to log in with MitID, you can check your email under My Profile in the self-service section.
If you are not able to log in with MitID, you need to contact customer service via our contact form, and they will assist you further.
How to find your customer number
How to find your customer number
You can find your customer number by logging in at brobizz.com or the Brobizz app. Your customer number will appear in the column on the left (on a PC) or under ‘Contact details’ in the Profile tab (on a smart phone).
You can also find your customer number in some of the emails we send you containing service information.
