You can change your password in the self-service or the Brobizz App.
Log in at brobizz.com or the Brobizz app.
Go to loginSelect 'My Profile' in the menu on the main page or on the left.
Click on 'Change password' and then on the green button 'Change password'.
Follow the instructions in the email that will be sent to your email address.
Your password has been changed when a receipt appears on your screen.
Go to the login page at brobizz.com or the Brobizz app.
Go to loginClick on ‘Forgot password?’
Enter your email address and click on the green button ‘Reset password’.
Follow the instructions and click on the link in the email sent to your email address. Check your spam filter if the email does not appear in your inbox.
Enter a new password and confirm it in the subsequent field before you save by clicking OK.
Your password has been changed when a receipt appears on your screen.
If you no longer have access to your e-mail, you must contact customer service via our contact form and they will help you further.
We recommend that you register with your personal e-mail rather than with your work e-mail.
You can find your customer number by logging in at brobizz.com or the Brobizz app. Your customer number will appear in the column on the left (on a PC) or under ‘Contact details’ in the Profile tab (on a smart phone).
You can also find your customer number in some of the emails we send you containing service information.
If you’re still unable to login after you’ve tried to change your email address and reset your password, you can contact our customer service for further assistance.
