What to do if you have lost your Bizz
If you have lost your Bizz, you need to cancel it in the self-service portal so that it can no longer be used. You can read more about how to cancel your Bizz here.
Once you have cancelled your Bizz, you can order a new Bizz or choose number plate payment in the self-service portal.
If your lost Bizz was linked to a discount agreement, there may be specific requirements for how your new Bizz or number plate payment is linked to the discount agreement. Contact the partner you have the discount agreement with to find out what applies to your discount agreement.
Suspect theft or misuse?
If you suspect that your Bizz has been stolen or misused, you should contact the police.
