When you close your bizz or license plate payment at Brobizz, it can take up to 24 hours before the closure takes effect with our partners such as the Storebælt Bridge or the Øresund Bridge.
If you have a discount agreement such as an ØresundGO agreement with the Øresund Bridge or an AutoBizz SMART agreement with the Øresund Line, you must cancel it yourself. It does not happen automatically when you have closed your number plate payment or bizz with Brobizz.
You cannot reopen your bizz or number plate payment once it has been closed, but you can always order a new number plate payment or bizz through self-service.
If you ordered your bizz before February 1, 2021, you might have paid a deposit. If you have a deposit on your bizz, you can get it refunded by filling out the following form.
You must fill out the form no later than 60 days after your bizz has been closed. It is important that you have an active payment card linked to your profile with Brobizz so that we can refund the money to you.
You do not need to return your bizz, even if you have a deposit to be refunded. Instead, we recommend that you dispose of it as electronic waste in your waste sorting or drop it off at your local recycling station. You can read more about waste sorting on your municipality's website.
