No, you don't have to return your bizz to Brobizz.
If you have a bizz that you no longer want to use, you should start by cancelling it. You can do that at our self-service or in the Brobizz app. It’s quick and easy to do.

When you have cancelled your bizz, you shouldn't return it to us.
Once you’ve cancelled your bizz, we recommend that you dispose of it as electronic waste at your local recycling centre.

If you ordered your bizz before February 1, 2021, you might have paid a deposit.
If you ordered your bizz after February 1, 2021, you have purchased your bizz and therefore have not paid a deposit.
If you have a deposit on your bizz, you can get it refunded by filling out the following form.
