Use this documentPut the unused bizz in an envelope. Clearly note on the envelope 'RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL'. It is important that you send your bizz in an envelope so that it can be delivered to our mailbox.
Send the envelope with your bizz to our address: Brobizz A/S Vester Søgade 10 1601 København V
When we have received your bizz in undamaged condition, the case will be processed and you will be sent an email with a form that you must fill in to get your money back. Once you have completed the form, it can take up to 90 working days before you receive your money. If your payment card at Brobizz is not valid, you will be sent a credit note instead.
Personal customer service is not provided at the above address, which is a postal address only. Please make sure to send the biz in an envelope so that it can be delivered to our mailbox, as we do not pick up parcels from a parcel box or shop.
