Do I have a warranty for my bizz?

Yes, you have a 3 year warranty on your bizz if you have bought it after 1 February 2021.

That means you will get a new bizz if the battery stops working, or you experience a technical problem. The warranty begins the day you order your bizz.

If you want to make use of your warranty, you must contact customer service via our contact form.

When does the warranty apply?

If the battery in your bizz stops working within the 3 years.
If your bizz has a technical fault.
The provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act also apply to the purchase of a bizz from us.

When does the warranty not apply?

If you damage your bizz, you must buy a new one for DKK 200 even if this happens within the warranty period.
Once the warranty period has expired, you must buy a new bizz if it stops working.
