What is a main administrator?
If you have a framework agreement with Brobizz, you have access to the self-service portal as a main administrator.
A main administrator has overall administrative rights for your entire framework agreement with Brobizz.
As a main administrator, you can create sub-accounts under your framework agreement and navigate between the different accounts. You also have the right to modify and update everything across all accounts under the framework agreement.
This includes, for example:
- Creating and managing all profiles under your framework agreement
- Requesting customer service to make changes to company information
