It may be necessary to delete cookies in your browser when you need to log in to Brobizz self-service.
You delete the cookie history in your browser's settings. See here how to do it.
If you have problems logging in to the Brobizz self-service, it may be due to cookies stored from a previous visit to brobizz.com.
You should therefore delete the cookies that have already been placed. This is done in your browser settings.
The settings must be adjusted separately for each browser on each device you use. Below you can see how to do it in the most common browsers.
Open Google Chrome on your computer
Click on the three dots (Settings) in the top right corner
Select 'Clear browsing data...'
Select 'Cookies and other site data' and uncheck all other checkboxes
Click on 'Delete data'
Open Microsoft Edge on your computer
Click on the three dots (Settings and more) in the upper right corner
Select 'Settings'
Click on 'Cookies and site permissions' and then click on 'Manage and delete cookies and site data'
Now select 'See all cookies and site data'
If you wish to remove all cookies, click on 'Remove all' in the upper right corner. You can also choose to delete cookies only for Brobizz.
If you click on 'Remove all', a pop-up will now appear with the text 'Clear site data'. Click the 'Clear' button to remove cookies from all websites.
Open Safari on your computer
Select 'Safari' and click on 'Preferences'.
Click on 'Privacy'.
Click on 'Manage Website Data'.
Select one or more websites and click 'Remove' or 'Remove All'.
Open Mozilla Firefox on your computer
Click on the three lines (the burger menu) in the upper right corner.
Select 'Settings'
Click on 'Privacy & Security' and scroll down to 'Cookies and site data'.
Click on the button 'Clear data...'.
A pop-up will now appear, where you select 'Cookies and website data' and then click on the 'Clear' button.
When you delete your cookies, you will be logged out of websites or change website functionalities.
