What to do if you have forgotten your password

Go to the login page at brobizz.com

Go to login

Click on 'Have you lost your password?'

Enter the e-mail address you registered with Brobizz and click 'Next'

Follow the instructions and click on the link in the e-mail that has just been sent to your e-mail address. Check your spam filter if the e-mail does not appear in your inbox

You can now enter a new password. Repeat it in the next field before saving by clicking the 'Save password' button

Your password has been changed when you see a confirmation with the text 'The password has been updated' on your screen

What do we do if we haven’t received the 6-digit one-time code?

First and foremost, you should check that you have selected the email address associated with your Brobizz account.  

If you still do not receive the 6-digit one-time code via email, please check your spam or junk mail folder.  

If you still do not receive the code, it may be due to a technical issue preventing the email from being delivered. In that case, you can request a new one-time code via SMS by clicking the link 'Send one-time code via SMS'.

What do we do if we no longer have access to our e-mail?

If you no longer have access to your email and therefore cannot receive an email to create a new password, you can instead choose to log in with MitID. You should select to receive a one-time code via SMS by clicking 'Send one-time code via SMS' on the login page, where you then enter the one-time code.  

We recommend updating your email address so that we can send you important communications in the future. Customer service can assist you with updating your email address if you contact them via our contact form.

What should I do if I can't remember my e-mail address?

If you are able to log in with MitID, you can check your e-mail under My Profile in the self-service section.

If you are not able to log in with MitID, you need to contact customer service via our contact form, and they will assist you further.

What should I do if I don't receive the one-time code via SMS?

If you do not receive the one-time code via SMS, the phone number is likely incorrect. Instead, try logging in by requesting the one-time code via email.  

Once logged in, we recommend updating your phone number under 'My Profile'. After this, you will be able to log in using the one-time code sent via SMS in the future.

Why can’t my business type log in with MitID?

Unfortunately, sole proprietorships and owners of holding companies cannot log in to Brobizz self-service with MitID Erhverv. Instead, you can log in using your email and password.

What do we do if we receive the error "This account has already activated MitID?"

It is only possible to link one MitID per account. If multiple people log in to the same account, only one of you can link MitID. The others can still log in using email and password.

If you need to change the MitID linked to your account, you must contact our customer service, who can assist you with this.

What do we do if we receive the error "This MitID is used on another account?"

If you receive this error message, it means that the MitID you are trying to link is already in use on another Brobizz account.

If you need to change the MitID linked to your account, you must contact our customer service, who can assist you with this.

What do we do if we receive the error "Your accounts do not match"?

If you receive this error message, it is because you are trying to link a personal MitID to your business account. Check that you have used the correct MitID and entered the e-mail for the correct Brobizz account.
