If our box is blocked or broken, what should we do?

It is important that you always have an active box in your car, so we recommend that you react immediately if the box is not working properly for any reason.

If our box is blocked, what should we do?

Your box can be blocked for several different reasons. The small lamp on the box will blink and give you an error message indicating the reason for the block.

If our box is brocken, what should we do?

If your box is broken and does not turn on, you should first check if it is properly connected to power. If it is connected and still does not turn on, it is broken.

In case of a broken box, you should inform Brobizz and return the box for further examination.

What do we do if we are out driving and the box suddenly breaks?

If your driver is on the go when the box breaks, you can order the Brobizz Toll App through self-service. Once you have ordered it, the driver will receive a download link, and after a short setup, it will work.
