The app is free of charge, and the driver will receive a download link as soon as you have ordered it in our self‑service.
Please note: The Toll App is not yet available for Android.
Brobizz ensures that the daily contact person receives a notification email if we detect that you are driving with a red light, low battery level, or insufficient power supply on one of your Toll Boxes.
You will receive one email per Toll Box each time we detect an issue with a box. In our self‑service, you can manage whether you want to receive notification emails for all Toll Boxes or only selected ones.
In our self‑service, you can also add an additional notification recipient, who will receive all notification emails sent by us.
If you have driven with a Toll Box showing a red light, you will receive an email
You will receive an email when we have detected that the power supply has been disconnected while the Toll Box is still in use.
Brobizz will send an email when a Toll Box has appeared on the low‑power list and the daily contact person has already received a notification email about it, but there is still no activity registered on the box. The Toll Box has neither been deactivated nor cancelled.
Emails will continue to be sent for the affected Toll Boxes until they are deactivated, cancelled, or activity is registered in Denmark.
