Have you entered the correct email address?
It is important that you enter the email address linked to your profile with Brobizz. If you do not receive an email to create a new password, it may be because you registered your profile with Brobizz using a different email address.
If you are certain that you have entered the correct email address, we recommend checking your spam or junk mail folder.
What to do if I don't have access to my email?
If you no longer have access to your email and therefore cannot receive an email to create a new password, you can instead choose to log in with MitID or username and password. You need to select the option to receive a one-time code via SMS by clicking 'Send one-time code via SMS' on the login page, where you enter the one-time code.
Once you are logged in, you can update your email address under My Profile in the self-service.
What should I do if I can't remember my email address?
If you are able to log in with MitID, you can check your email under My Profile in the self-service.
If you are not able to log in with MitID, you need to contact customer service via our contact form, and they will assist you further.
