Have you entered the correct e-mail address?
It is important that you enter the e-mail address linked to your profile with Brobizz. If you do not receive an e-mail to create a new password, it may be because you registered your profile with Brobizz using a different e-mail address.
If you are certain that you have entered the correct e-mail address, we recommend checking your spam or junk mail folder.
What to do if I don't have access to my e-mail?
If you no longer have access to your e-mail and therefore cannot receive an e-mail to create a new password, you can instead choose to log in with MitID or username and password. You need to select the option to receive a one-time code via SMS by clicking 'Send one-time code via SMS' on the login page, where you enter the one-time code.
Once you are logged in, you can update your e-mail address under My Profile in the self-service.
What should I do if I can't remember my e-mail address?
If you are able to log in with MitID, you can check your e-mail under My Profile in the self-service.
If you are not able to log in with MitID, you need to contact customer service via our contact form, and they will assist you further.
