Fake emails and text messages pretending to be from Brobizz are currently being sent. Always update your details directly through our self-service platform and never via links in messages.

Why haven't I received a reset e-mail?

If you are able to log in with MitID, you can check your e-mail under My Profile in the self-service section

If you are not able to log in with MitID, you need to contact customer service via our contact form, and they will assist you further.
