If you try to register your number plate for number plate payment and experience the following message 'Number plate has already been registered', you must contact customer service.

Contact customer service via our contact form and inform them about:
Full name, customer number and registration number. In addition, you must attach a copy of the original registration certificate. Screenshot is not enough.

Please note that you must be the owner of the vehicle.
