You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail when you order is completed.

You will also be able to check whether your order has gone through in the order history under the 'Order' tab in our self-service.

When your order has gone through, you will receive an order confirmation to your e-mail. Remember to check your spam folder, as the order confirmation may end up there.

When you order a bizz

When your bizz has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail about it. As soon as you receive your bizz by post, it is ready for use by all Brobizz's partners (Storebæltsbroen, Øresundsbron etc.).

When you order a number plate payment

Your number plate payment can be used 20 minutes after your order on the Storebæltsbroen and 24 hours later at Brobizz's other partners (eg the Øresund Bridge).
