Can I get a refund for my Storebælt Ticket?
You can request a refund for your ticket within 30 days from the date of purchase if it has not been used.
You can always cancel your Storebælt Ticket if:
- you no longer need it
- you have entered an incorrect number plate
- you have selected the wrong vehicle type
Cancellation and refund must be completed before the ticket expires (30 days from the purchase date).
If you do not cancel the ticket within the 30‑day period, it will expire and become invalid.

A pop-up will now appear, where you can click 'Cancel Storebælt Ticket'
Your Storebælt Ticket has now been cancelled, and in most cases you will receive your refund automatically
If we are unable to refund the amount automatically, you will receive an email from us with a link to a form that you need to complete in order to receive your refund

Can my Storebælt Ticket be transferred to another car?
No. The Storebælt Ticket is linked to the number plate entered at the time of purchase. If you want to use a different number plate, the ticket must be cancelled and a new ticket must be purchased with the correct number plate.
