It's important to cancel your number plate payment when you've sold your vehicle.
You can cancel your number plate payment at our self-service or in the Brobizz app.
Login to our self-service or in the Brobizz app
Go to loginClick on ‘Bizz and number plate’.
Click on ‘See discount agreements’ on the number plate you want to close.
Click on the red button 'Cancel number plate payment'
Confirm closing by clicking on the red button that appears on the screen where it says 'Close number plate payment'. If you still do not want to close your number plate payment, click on the 'Go back' button.
You will receive an email within an hour that your number plate payment has been closed at Brobizz. However, you should be aware that the number plate payment only closes up to 24 hours later with our partners: Storebæltsbroen, Øresundsbron and more.
How do I terminate my agreement with Brobizz A/S?Most of us change vehicles from time to time. Please, therefore, ensure that Brobizz holds up-to-date information about your car or motorcycle so that you avoid paying for usage that you are unaware of. Please also note that you are responsible for ensuring that the information that Brobizz holds about your vehicle remains updated at all times, including in the event of a sale. When you cancel your number plate payment, it takes up to two hours for the cancellation to be registered in the Storebælt Bridge systems and up to 24 hours with our other business partners (e.g. Øresund Bridge).
If you have cancelled the number plate payment for your sold vehicle but are still being charged for usage after the cancellation was completed, you can contact our customer service via the contact form. Remember to attach documentation in the form of a sales note or the lease contract for the lease of the vehicle.
