How do we update general information in our profile?

Updating company details – this is how it’s done

You can always change your details.

  • Log in to My Account
  • Click on the ‘Update company details’ menu item. Only fill in the fields to be updated.
  • Fill in ‘sender’s email address’
  • Remember to click ‘save’ when you’ve made your changes

It’s important for you always to have the correct information linked with your profile – then you won’t miss important information relating to your Brobizz agreement.
Make sure you’ve provided the correct email address under ‘invoice mail’ to be sure of receiving your invoices. If a new employee is to take on day-to-day responsibility for your agreement with us, it’s important for their contact details to be registered in the agreement as you can only have one login per customer number.

Change password

When you’ve logged in, you can also change your access code.

  1. Select the menu item ‘My details’
  2. Select ‘Change access code’
  3. Enter your current code, followed by the new one twice.
