Do you have an ØresundBizz and a discount agreement with ForSea’s ferries?

From 28 February 2023, ØresundPAY will be responsible for the administration and payment of all trips with ØresundBizzes – regardless of whether they are with ForSea’s ferries between Helsingør and Helsingborg, or across the Øresund Bridge or one of the other bridges.

Paying with an ØresundBizz will become simpler if you have a discount agreement with ForSea: Going forwards, all administration of trips paid for with the bizz will be collated with ØresundPAY.

You do not have to do anything

The changes will automatically come into effect after 28 February 2023 if you have one or more ØresundBizzes with a discount agreement with ForSea. You don’t have to do anything and can use your bizz as before.

Payments will be moved from Brobizz to ØresundPAY

In the past, ØresundPAY collected payments for trips over the Øresund Bridge and elsewhere. Brobizz has been responsible for collecting payments for customers who had set up a discount agreement for ForSea’s Helsingør to Helsingborg ferry. Payments for all trips will now be managed by ØresundPAY.

Your agreement with Brobizz for the ØresundBizz is ending

In connection with the changes, your agreement with Brobizz regarding bizzes from ØresundPAY will end. You will receive an e-mail stating that we are terminating the agreement.

Can we continue to use our bizz as we do now?

Yes, you can use the ØresundBizz to pay at the toll stations for ForSea’s ferries between Helsingør and Helsingborg, the Øresund Bridge, and other points of use – just as you do now.

The most important difference for you is that you must contact ØresundPAY with any questions and log onto their self-service portal if you want to see all your trips, payments, information and so on.

What agreement is Brobizz cancelling?

Until now, Brobizz has managed the discount agreement on behalf of ForSea. That means that when you’ve paid using an ØresundBizz on the Helsingør to Helsingborg ferry, we have been responsible for collecting payment and general administration concerning the trips. All other trips paid for using your ØresundBizz on the Øresund Bridge and other bridges have been managed by ØresundPAY.

After 28 February 2023, the task of managing the ForSea trips will pass over to ØresundPAY, who will then be responsible for all trips where you pay using an ØresundBizz.

From that point on, there will no longer be any need for an agreement with us, and that is why Brobizz will terminate the agreement for the ØresundBizz.

Are we a customer of ØresundPAY, ForSea or Brobizz?

After 28 February 2023, you will be a customer of ØresundPAY, where you will have your ØresundBizz. You have always been their customer and paid for most of your trips with the ØresundBizz.

You will also be a customer of ForSea, with whom you have a discount agreement, so you can use your ØresundBizz to pay on the Helsingør to Helsingborg ferry. The discount agreement is also called an AutoBizz Smart agreement.

Until 28 February 2023, you will remain a customer of Brobizz, too, because we currently manage the discount agreement on behalf of ForSea. After 28 February 2023, ØresundPAY will manage the administration of all trips using an ØresundBizz, and so Brobizz will terminate the agreement for your ØresundBizz.

If you have any other agreements with ØresundPAY, ForSea or Brobizz, those will continue unchanged.

Where can we see our trips and payments with the ØresundBizz?

After 28 February 2023, you will be able to see all your payments using your ØresundBizz on the self-service portal, øresundpay.com.

Until then, you can only see your trips over the Øresund Bridge and other bridges. After 28 February 2023, you will also be able to see your trips on ForSea’s Helsingør to Helsingborg ferries paid for using your ØresundBizz.

Do the changes apply to all bizzes?

The changes only apply to ØresundBizzes, which have a local discount agreement for ForSea’s ferries linked to them. If you’re affected by the changes, we will send you an e-mail outlining this.

If you have any other bizzes with ForSea, ØresundPAY or Brobizz, those will continue unchanged.

How will our trips be paid for?

Up to and including 28 February 2023, your trips on ForSea’s Helsingør to Helsingborg ferries will be paid upon receipt of invoice or by card with Brobizz. We handle the payments on behalf of ForSea.

From 1 March 2023 onwards, ØresundPAY will handle all trips that you pay for with your ØresundBizz, including trips on ForSea’s ferries. All your trips will be paid on receipt of invoice from ØresundPAY or the card you have registered with them.

You can view and change your card information using ØresundPAY’s self-service portal.

Do we still get a discount on ForSea’s Helsingør to Helsingborg ferries?

Yes, your discount agreement for ForSea’s ferries on your ØresundBizz continues unchanged with the same prices and discounts.

You can use your ØresundBizz exactly as before when you pass the toll stations for ForSea’s ferries, the Øresund Bridge, and other points of use.

Do we still get a discount on the Øresund Bridge?

Yes, the agreement for your ØresundBizz continues unchanged with the same prices and discounts.

You can use your ØresundBizz exactly as before when you pass the toll stations for ForSea’s ferries, the Øresund Bridge, and other points of use.

Where can we see which bizzes are affected?

The changes apply to ØresundBizzes for which you have set up a discount agreement with ForSea for. We have sent you an e-mail or a letter about the changes in which you can see the bizz numbers that are affected. You can also see the bizz numbers onMy Account at brobizz.com.v

The bizz number can also be found on the side of the bizz. Bizzes from ØresundPAY have a bizz number which starts with 604882 or 637757.

Other products from ØresundPAY, ForSea and Brobizz will continue unchanged.

You can order an ØresundBizz from ØresundPAY. If you want to link a discount agreement with ForSea to your ØresundBizz, you can do so in the order process.

If you would like to have a ForSea bizz for ferries between Helsingør and Helsingborg, you can order it from ForSea.
