This is what you need to know about having a framework agreement

If you have a framework agreement with Brobizz, you have, as the main administrator, access to the self-service system, among other things.

What is a main administrator?

A main administrator has the overall administrator rights to your entire framework agreement with Brobizz.

A main administrator can navigate between the different accounts, and has the authority to change and update everything across all accounts under the framework agreement. This entails, for example, the following: 

  • Creating and administering accounts under your framework agreement.
  • Creating and administering all profiles under your framework agreement.
    - Including assigning and removing administrator rights across all profile types.
  • Requesting changes from customer service to company information on the framework account.

How do I create a new sub-account?

  1. Log in to brobizz.com.
  2. Click on 'Administration' in the left corner.
  3. Next, click on 'Create sub-account' on the right-hand side, and fill in the relevant information.

How do I create a new profile?

You must be a main or account administrator to be able to create a new profile for an employee in your company. 
 
Take the following steps: 

  1. Log in to brobizz.com.
  2. Click on 'Administration' on the left.
  3. Next, select the 'Profiles' tab.
  4. Press 'Create profile’ on the right-hand side and fill in the relevant information.
  5. If you select ‘account administrator’ for the new profile, you must then choose which account the profile should be the account administrator for.
  6. If you select ‘product access’ for the new profile, you must first select the account to which the product is associated, and then the specific product.

Please note that an email address may only have product access to one product. 

How do I move a bizz from one account to another?

Only the main administrator and the account administrator can move a bizz. The account administrator can only move a bizz between accounts for which he/she is the account administrator. 

Take the following steps: 

  1. Log in to brobizz.com.
  2. Select the account from which the product is to be withdrawn.
  3. Click on products on the left.
  4. Click on the three buttons to the right of a product to be moved and select 'Move to sub-account'.
  5. Select the sub-account you want to move the selected product to and click on 'Move to sub-account'.


How do I change account information?

You must be a main administrator or account administrator to be able to change information about your company. 

Take the following steps:

  1. Log in to brobizz.com.
  2. Select 'Administration' on the left.
  3. Next, select the 'Account information' tab.
  4. Press 'Edit' on the left under the point you want to change.
  5. Enter the new information and press 'Send request'. The enquiry will then be sent to customer service. You will receive a reply from customer service within 2 working days. 

 

How do I change framework agreement information?

To change your framework agreement information, you must be the main administrator.

Take the following steps: 

  1. Log in to brobizz.com.
  2. Press 'Administration' on the left.
  3. Select the 'Framework agreement information' tab.
  4. Next, press 'Edit' on the left under the point you want to change.
  5. Enter the new information and press 'Send request'. The enquiry will then be sent to customer service. You will receive a reply from customer service within 2 working days.
