You can also add an additional email recipient so more people in the company can monitor the box’s status and receive alerts.
In addition, you can choose which types of notifications you want to receive—both at the account level and for each individual Toll Box.
You will receive one email per Toll Box for each notification.
Manage notifications for the entire account
In the self-service portal, you can see who receives notifications and adjust the settings yourselves.
How to do it
Log in to the self-service portal
Log indGo to 'Administration' in the left-hand menu.
Select “Account information”.
Under “Notifications,” you can see which notifications the day‑to‑day contact person receives (everything is enabled by default) and whether an additional email recipient has been added.
Click “Edit” to add an additional email recipient or replace the existing one, and to change which notification emails you want to receive.
Finish by saving your changes.
Manage notifications for a specific Toll Box
If you want different notification settings across your boxes, you can edit this directly on each individual box.
How to do it
Log in to the self-service portal
Log indGo to “Products” in the left-hand menu.
Search for the 'Toll box' you want to edit.
Click the box to open the product view.
Go to the “Notifications” section. Here, you can choose which notifications should be sent specifically for this box.
Finish by saving your changes.
