How do we close a sub-account or terminate our agreement?

You can terminate your business agreement with Brobizz at any time. If you have a framework agreement with several accounts, you can – as the main or account administrator – close a sub-account at any time.

How to close a sub-account

If you have a framework agreement with several sub-accounts, you can – as the main administrator – request the closure of a sub-account at any time. See the guide below.
Please ensure that you settle any unpaid invoices and close all associated products before proceeding to close an account.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to brobizz.com.
  2. Ensure that you are into your framework agreement account.
  3. Click on ‘Administration’ in the menu on the left.
  4. Select the ‘Accounts’ tab for an overview of all your sub-accounts.
  5. Click on the 3 dots next to the account you wish to close.
  6. Select ‘Request to close sub-account’.
  7. Give a reason for closing the account.
  8. Send the request by pressing the green button ‘Request closure’.
  9. Our customer service will attend to your request within 2 working days. You will receive an email when the request has been processed.

How to terminate your business agreement with Brobizz

If you wish to terminate your business agreement with Brobizz, please contact our customer service.

Please note that you must return all your products to Brobizz within 60 days in order to avoid paying a fee of DKK 160 (excl VAT) per unreturned bizz.
