How do we cancel a bizz, num-ber plate payment or eTicket?

If you no longer require number plate payment, eTicket or bizz from Brobizz A/S, you can as a main or account administrator cancel your number plate payment or bizz by logging into brobizz.com.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to brobizz.com.
  2. Click on ‘Products’ on the left.
  3. Click on the three dots to the right of the product you wish to cancel.
  4. Click on ’Cancel product’.
  5. Confirm cancellation by clicking on the red button that appears on the screen along with the words 'Cancel number plate payment ‘, ‘Cancel eTicket' or ‘Cancel bizz’. Should you change your mind, click the ‘Undo’ button.
  6. Shortly afterwards, you will receive an email confirming that your bizz, number plate payment or eTicket have been cancelled at Brobizz. You should, however, be aware that it could take up to 24 hours for your bizz, number plate payment or eTicket to be cancelled with our business partners, Storebælt Bridge, Øresund Bridge, etc.
  7. Remember to return your bizzes as soon as you have cancelled them.

How do we replace a bizz?

If you wish to replace one or more bizzes, please contact customer service by phone or email. We will then send you a new bizz.
You have up to 60 days to return the old bizz(es) to us if you wish to avoid being charged DKK 200 incl. VAT per bizz.
You can keep using your old bizz until you receive a new one. When you replace your bizz, we will ensure that all your old data is transferred.
