You can terminate your business agreement with Brobizz at any time. If you have a framework agreement with several accounts, you can - as the main or account administrator - cancel a sub-account at any time.

How to cancel a sub-account:
Log in at brobizz.com
Log inEnsure you are logged into your framework agreement account
Click 'Administration' in the menu on the left
Select the 'Accounts' tab for an overview of all your sub-accounts
Click the 3 dots next to the account you wish to cancel
Select 'Request to cancel sub-account'
Provide a reason for cancelling the account
Send the request by clicking the green button 'Request cancellation'
Our customer service will process your request within 2 working days. You will receive an email once the request has been processed
Note: Make sure to pay any outstanding invoices and cancel all associated products before requesting to cancel an account.
