How do I log in to my profile and update my information?

When you log in to Brobizz self-service, you can update your contact information and obtain an overview of the products to which you are entitled to view. If you are a main or account administrator, you can also order products, get an overall view of all your products, monitor your usage and payments, etc.  

 

How to log in and out of Brobizz   

To log in to your profile, you must use your email address and your chosen password.  

You can log out of your profile again by clicking on ‘Log out’ in the menu on the left. 

If you experience problems logging in  

If you experience problems logging into self-service, we recommend that you reset your password. Follow our guide below for resetting your password.   

If you still experience problems logging in, please contact our customer service.

If you have a framework agreement and have got a new email address and no longer have access to your old email address, you can contact the person in your company who is the main or account administrator. The administrator can cancel your old profile and set up a new one for you.  

If you do not have a framework agreement, you should contact customer service if you no longer have access to your old email address.  

 
N.B. An e-mail address can only be used once, i.e. you cannot use the same email address to log in to several accounts.  

How to update your contact information

If you wish to change your name, email address or telephone number, please do the following:  

Follow these steps:                                                  

  1. Log in to brobizz.com. 
  2. Select "My Profile” in the menu on the left.
  3. Click on “Edit” under contact information.
  4. Enter the new information in the desired fields: First name, surname, telephone number or email address.
  5. Finish by pressing the green button “Save changes”.
  6. If you have entered a new email address, remember to confirm the change by clicking on the link in the email you receive immediately afterwards.
    N.B. If you do not confirm the change of email address within 10 minutes, your old email address will continue to be linked to your Brobizz profile. 

How to change your password

If you want to change your existing password to a new one, you can log in and change it via Brobizz self-service. 

Follow these steps: 

  1. Log in to brobizz.com.
  2. Select "My Profile” in the menu on the left.
  3. Click on ”Edit” under contact information and then on ‘Change password’.
  4. Follow the instructions in the email that was just sent to your email address. If you don’t click on the link in the email within 10 minutes, you will need to send a new request to change your password in self-service.  
  5. Your password has been changed when confirmation of the change appears on your screen.

How to reset your password if you cannot log in

If you cannot log in to self-service, we recommend that you reset your password by doing the following:  

Follow these steps: 

  1. Go to the log in page at brobizz.com.
  2. Enter your email and click on ‘Next’.
  3. Then click on ‘Forgotten your password?’.
  4. Enter your email address and click on ‘Continue’.  
  5. Follow the instructions in the email that was just sent to your email address. If you do not click on the link in the email within 10 minutes, you will need to send a new request to reset your password on the login page in self-service.
  6. Your new password is saved when confirmation of the change appears on your screen.

N.B. You will not receive an email if a profile has not been created with your email address in the Brobizz system.
